We all get into a rut once in a while as we face the many challenges life can dump on us. But the thing to remember is that when this happens, we must switch gears and get the positive thought process into focus. What I normally do when negative thoughts creep in is to switch into an "attitude of gratitude" thought process. To do this, all you have to do is look around and realize that you do have lots of things to be grateful for. No I don't have everything I want, but I do have everything I need and that is something to be grateful for! Great post and love the video Denise!
